EGT receives positive feedback from its B2 Saloon customers as well

Interview with Kristian Kostovski, director of EGT Spain, for Sector del Juego
- What plans does EGT have for the Spanish market?
In 2021 EGT will emphasize on its latest product development for the saloon market in Spain. We have a great cabinet and the operators give us credits for our path of development and sales potential. At the same time we will keep being strongly committed at serving the land-based and online casino markets, the way we have been doing it for years.
- From the time you opened your office in Spain until now what is your assessment for your presence in the country?
Since entering the Spanish market our installations have steadily increased. Our current clients trust EGT because of its impressive track record in the sector, the cutting-edge technologies, utilized in its products and the uncompromising quality. For the same reasons the new customers also have a vivid interest in our portfolio. We have made deliveries in the majority of the casinos in the country and receive very positive feedback from the B2 Saloon market as well.
- Have you planned new product launches in 2021? What kind?
This year we will be carrying out our first delivery of EGT Multiplayer’s products and most specifically of the S-Line roulette, which has been showing outstanding results in other markets. The installation will take place at Casino Colon in Madrid. At the same time, we are getting more and more excited at the nearing launch of our second cabinet for the saloon market in Spain – a VIP model supplied with a new game mix and specially designed to meet the operators’ needs.
- Are you going to intensify your digital activity in Spain?
Yes, we believe that the current situation opens new opportunities to progressively expand our presence in digital gaming. Recently the prestigious Casino Gran Madrid Online has once again shown trust in our strengths by acquiring our digital products. We are also in a process of integration with other local casinos.
- You are predominantly focused on the casino segment, but still have plans to gain market share in hotel and saloon sectors as well?
Yes, without a doubt we are aware of this market’s potential and understand the needs of the saloon customers. So we would like them to test and be convinced in the advantages of the “Orange Collection B2 Saloon” product that EGT has developed especially for the Spanish market. Following that we gradually extend further the homologations in the Autonomous Communities upon request from the same operators. At the same time we also have so much more to give to the casino segment customers.
- How EGT differentiates from its competitors?
EGT is a global-scale manufacturer, which main asset are the dedicated and passionate teams in each of its departments. We are keen to quickly understand the operators’ needs and are able to meet them in a very efficient way. Our products are recognized for their quality, durability, and performance among other qualities.
