In regards to our continuous dynamic development, we are looking for motivated people to become part of our team in the position of Online operator customer support. The job requires organizational skills for working with clients, as well as analytical skills in the preparation of various types of reports and statistics. Location: Sofia, street: Panorama Sofia 6, Business center Richhill
Responsibilities
- Written communication and coordination with clients.
- Monitoring processing of the entered data in the computer system and their correction.
- Creation of reports, according to certain indicators.
- Data monitoring using specialized software.
- Video surveillance monitoring.
- Processing of collected information and structuring in daily reports.
- Working hours: work in 12-hour shifts - day and night, from the company’s premises.
Requirements
- Completed secondary education.
- Completed technical education.
- Computer literacy (Windows, MS Office, Internet).
- Proficiency in English (intermediate level - B1).
- Experience on a similar position.
- Experience with night shifts.
