In regards to our continuous dynamic development, we are looking for motivated people to become part of our team on the position of Customer Support Representative - 24/7. The job requires organizational skills for working with clients, as well as analytical skills in the preparation of various types of reports and statistics. Work is in 12-hour shifts. Location: Sofia, 6 Panorama Sofia Str., Richhill Business Center.
Responsibilities
- Written communication and coordination with clients.
- Monitoring processing of the entered data in the computer system and their correction.
- Creation of reports, according to certain indicators.
- Data monitoring using specialized software.
- Video surveillance monitoring.
- Processing of collected information and structuring in daily reports.
- Working hours: work in 12-hour shifts - day and night.
Requirements
- Completed secondary education.
- Completed technical education.
- Computer literacy (Windows, MS Office, Internet).
- Proficiency in English (intermediate level - B1).
- Previous experience on a similar position.
