EGT Tanzania consolidates its status as a leader in Africa with a major installation at Grand Leone Casino in Sierra Leone
May 20, 2024Euro Games Technology continues its fruitful collaboration with Gaming IQ in Africa. After the large-scale installation in Grand Palace Casino in Cameroon several months ago, the Bulgarian manufacturer of gaming equipment recently made another big delivery of more than 60 cabinets in the reputable Grand Leone Casino in Sierra Leone, the operator's biggest establishment in Free Town. Thus, EGT became the main supplier of the casino, which currently has a total of 80 machines.
Its guests now have the chance to enjoy some of the most popular products in EGT's portfolio. Among them are the top performers from Vega Vision Series, as well as the Premier Series bestsellers P 24-24 Up, P 27-27 St Slim and P 42V St Curved, which are among the most successful slot cabinets in the African markets. Super Premier also made its debut in the country, having demonstrated the same excellent performance as the other models. All machines are equipped with the well-known Collection Series multigames: Gold, Purple, Union, Orange, Green and Fruits Collection, featuring some of EGT's most popular titles on a global level. The players' experience is complemented by the opportunity to try their luck with the well-established in the local markets Lady's Cards and Premium Link jackpots. At their disposal are also several S-line terminals connected to a live and an automated roulette wheel and offering the latest multiplayer software of the company: King 3 and 4, Multiplay and Royal multigame mixes.
EGT’s casino management system Spider has been installed in Sierra Leone for the first time. After the impressive results it showed at Grand Palace Casino in Cameroon, the operator decided to implement it here and it is already successfully assisting for the easy and efficient management of the daily activities in Grand Leone Casino as well.

1- How do you evaluate EGT's participation at the Entertainment Arena Expo in Bucharest?
I would define the participation of Euro Games Technology at Entertainment Arena Expo, Bucharest as successful in every respect. We presented some of our latest products, to meet our customers and to obtain their feedback regarding our products and services. Furthermore, we had the chance to meet new operators and to lay the foundations for new future collaborations.
2- Which products did you present at the show and what feedback did they receive?
At this year’s exhibition EGT presented most of its latest products. All of them were gladly appreciated by the visitors: the brand new United Mystery Jackpot System, the popular Vega Vision and Vega Vision+ Multi Games as well as the products from EGT Multiplayer Solutions – the electronic roulette R12 and the Multiplayer Terminals Vega PS. Some of our latest products, the Cat 4 Cash Multi-Level Progressive Jackpot System and the Premier Series Multi-games, were presented for the first time on the Romanian market. They received the immediate approval of our customers, proved by the great number of orders that for these products.
3- What was the business climate that you could perceive at the show and at EGT stand specifically?
The reduced exhibitor participation at this year’s Entertainment Arena Expo in Bucharest highlighted the most active producers present on the Romanian market at the moment. The customers were more demanding when it came to decisions at the spot. Nevertheless, our newest products received great reviews from the visitors and we had the chance to contact new operators and to promote our equipment.
4- What was EGT's position on the Romanian market in 2012 and what are the company's plans for 2013?
2012 was an excellent year for EGT in Romania. Our brand and products became even more popular on the market and the number of EGT machines grew significantly during the year.
We hope that 2013 will keep us among the top producers on the market and that we will continue expanding our business and gain new collaborations.
Stanislav Stanev is Sales and Marketing Director at EGT

Mr. Stanev will be responsible for the overall management, control and organization of the company’s international sales politics, goals and initiatives.
Having already spent the last year and a half as EGT’s Deputy Director of Sales and Marketing, Stanislav Stanev has proven to be an expert in his field of work. His extensive experience, capabilities and motivation will assist him to further strengthen, expand and march the company forward to new heights together with all EGT’s team members around the world.

ISO Certification for EGT!
June 08, 2012It has already become clear that 2012 is the year of success for Euro Games Technology. Shortly after the successful implementation of the SAP-ERP system, EGT delivers more good news: the company has been certified with the Quality Management System Standard ISO 9001:2008. This international certificate guarantees that the management system of the company corresponds to its strict requirements and is being constantly improved in order to satisfy the customers’ demands.

Could you describe the ISO 9001:2008 certificate in connection with its functions at EGT?
ISO 9001:2008 is an international Quality Management System Standard. Its requirements are related to the company’s ability to satisfy its customers’ demands and to the continuous improvement of the quality of its products and services. It has been a strategic move from the board of directors of EGT to introduce the Quality Management System, because the company’s politics are based on the constant development of the work process and management efficiency.
Now that EGT is ISO certified, what are the advantages for the company?
The ISO certification will definitely allow a lot of privileges for EGT. One of the key advantages for the company is the improvement of the quality analysis management system and the employees’ training connected with it. This process will contribute greatly to the company’s organizational culture as well as to the motivation of EGT’s team of professionals.
Furthermore, the ISO international standard will bring about the better planning and control of the company’s work process and production. It will also increase the effectiveness of the internal communication. All these improvements will lead to an increase of the customers’ satisfaction and will form even better company profile.
How will the ISO Certification affect EGT’s collaboration with other companies or partners?
ISO 9001:2008 is an important medium for relatively young companies like EGT. It will demonstrate to our foreign partners that we are able to produce quality products according to the international standards.
