In connection with the continuous and dynamic development, we at EGT are looking for motivated people to become part of Technical Support Division. Location: Sofia, 2 Parva Balgarska Armia Str., NPZ Voenna Rampa.
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely customer service through written communication in both Bulgarian and English;
- Responsible for accurate data entry and updates in the computer system;
- Conduct software usage checks to ensure proper utilization by customers;
- Prepare various reports based on specific criteria;
- Follow customer service procedures, rules, and guidelines;
- Shift schedule: 12-hour shifts (day/night), including an 8-hour regular shift;
Requierments
- Completed secondary education;
- Good computer literacy (MS Office);
- Good command of English language (A2 level);
- Ability to prioritize and organize tasks in a dynamic work environment;
