Training and Development Specialist
Technical Maintenance

In connection with the continuous and dynamic development, we at EGT are looking for motivated people to become part of Technical Support Division. Location: Sofia, 2 Parva Balgarska Armia Str., NPZ Voenna Rampa.
Responsibilities
- Participates in developing plans and programs to ensure the effective delivery of training within the Technical Support Division;
- Maintains detailed records of all training sessions and participants;
- Analyzes and summarizes the outcomes of training activities conducted within the Division;
- Develops and recommends new training methods, formats, and tools to improve training effectiveness;
- Prepares presentations related to training programs carried out in the Division;
- Participates in improving and expanding the Induction Program for new employees in the Technical Support Division;
- Supports initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and satisfaction within the Division;
- Conducts regular summaries and reports on the progress of planned activities on a weekly and monthly basis;
- Contributes to the organization and conduct of monthly office meetings, and assists with the preparation of the corresponding monthly reports;
Requierments
- Higher education (in the Human Resources field will be considered an asset);
- Previous work experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage;
- Excellent level of computer literacy - MS Office;
- Excellent command of English;
- Creativity and initiative;
- Excellent time management and planning skills;
- Ability to prioritise and organise work tasks, meet deadlines, and pay attention to detail;
- Flexibility and ability to adapt;
- Effective collaboration with all colleagues in the Division, good organisational and communication skills;
