Packaging Design Technologist

In connection with the continuous and dynamic development, we at EGT are looking for motivated people to become part of Automation and Production Technologies Division.Location: Sofia, 2 Parva Balgarska Armia Str., NPZ Voenna Rampa.
Responsibilities
- Designs new packaging products and modifies existing ones to ensure seamless integration into production processe;
- Develops packaging solutions, including cardboard boxes, wooden structures, and more, in accordance with design specifications and product requirements;
- Prepares the necessary documentation and provides resources to ensure the smooth initiation of the production process;
- Oversees and analyzes the process steps in the introduction of new or modified products, identifying issues and suggesting optimization solutions related to production packaging;
- Monitors the flow and updates of process instructions related to packaging products;
- Operates in compliance with the integrated management system requirements and strictly adheres to internal procedures and standards;
Requierments
- University degree in a technical field;
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position;
- Solid knowledge of packaging design and production, including experience with cardboard boxes and wooden structures (e.g., pallets, racks, box pallets, crates);
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and graphic design tools (e.g., CorelDRAW);
- Strong command of English (minimum B2 level);
- Analytical thinking and the ability to solve technical challenges;
