As we are constantly growing and developing, our Technical Support Department is looking for a new team player for the position of Material Planning Expert. Location: Sofia, 2 Parva Balgarska Armia Str., NPZ Voenna Rampa.
Responsibilities
- Creating daily, weekly, and monthly reports of the inventory flow within Technical Support Department;
- Refining systems and methods to improve forecasts in order to better anticipate customer needs
- Monitor key operational parameters driving material optimization;
- Analyzing customer purchase orders;
- Forecasting and planing long and short-term material needs;
- Monitoring the execution of the production plans;
- Tracking product inventory and perform purchase orders in ERP System;
- Following up the execution of production and customer purchase orders;
- Interacting and collaboration with other departments;
Requierments
- University or Specialized High School degree in mathematics, informatics, statistics, accounting;
- Good computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite;
- Previous experience in a similar position will be considered as an advantage;
- SAP knowledge or other ERP system knowledge;
- Good knowledge of English language, written and spoken;
- Desire for growth and development;
- Flexible, responsible and loyal person;
- High level of dedication and involvement for the tasks and responsibilities given;
- Analytical thinker, able to resolve complicated problems;
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks within scheduled timelines;
