"EGT is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Legal Counsel to join our team in Sofia. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience with knowledge and understanding of general corporate law and a focus on commercial contracts. The position is in the Legal Division, Chief Finance Office. Location: Sofia, 6 Panorama Sofia Str., Richhill Business Center"
Responsibilities
- Work as part of a team to provide a wide range of legal services to both, EGT and its subsidiaries;
- Review, draft and negotiate commercial agreements and manage the end-to-end contracts negotiation process;
- Provide legal advice on issues related to commercial contracts, general corporate, and other legal topics;
- Work cross-functionally with different teams and stakeholders across the organisation;
- Keep abreast of and sharing legal and regulatory developments.
Requierments
- Master’s degree in Law;
- Excellent written and spoken English (including legal);
- At least 5 years of professional experience as a lawyer with at least two years of experience in the area of corporate and commercial law;
- Strong drafting & negotiation skills, in both, Bulgarian and English language;
- Ability to work proactively and autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
